Jeff Jacobsen is a visual artist and an Assistant Professor of Art + Design at Rochester Community and Technical College. He received his MFA from the Universtiy of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2001. His art celebrates thoughts, ideas, and dreams via color, media, and process.
